We offer for User’s disposal range of special functions, making work with balance easier and more effective.
In standard balances the basic functions packet is available.
On demand the additional packet is supplied: anti-shock filter, animals weighing, maximum indication storing, recipes preparation and tare entering (if not available in the basic packet).
Other functions are available only with additional equipment: timer, Hydro set, etc.
The function activation will cause automatic maintaining of zero indications, when the pan is not loaded, or when zero reading has been achieved by pressing →T← key.
For balances with key →0← this function operates in range of 4% of Max.
In other balances – in full range.
Pieces counting
This function allows for counting the identical details, e.g. tablets or buttons, contained in the weighed batch.
The measurement takes place in two phases:
- first phase – calculation of single detail weight upon the basis of sample of specified number of pieces 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, or 500 detils,
- second phase – counting the details in the weighed batch.
This function allow for the measurement result reading as the reference weight percent.
During the operation with computer the balance sends the weighing result after the initiating signal from the computer, or pressing transmission key.
During the operation with printer data are sent automatically after sampling and reading stabilization, and the next transmission is possible after the sample removing. Sent results: successive measurement number and weighing result.
This function allows for weighing few ingredients in sequence in one vessel, with the possibility of continuous reading of summary mass value of all ingredients weighed so far. Amount of ingredients may be arbitrary, but their total weight must not exceed the balance range.
This function allows for weighing with previously entered tare value. After this function activation the value is recalled by pressing →T← key. Tare entering may be performed “from nature” (tare weight placed on the pan), or may be entered manually with use of F, P and →0← keys.
This function allows for using the digital filter with selected intensity during weighing. The filter use in necessary during people or animals weighing. Filter may be also used for reducing mechanical vibrations influence on the measurement result (substrate vibrations, blows).
This function allows to compare the weighing result with two, previously programmed values: upper and lower threshold. The comparison result is signalled with the messages MIN, OK or MAX on the display, and with the acoustic signal, generated during thresholds crossing.
If the weighing result is:
- smaller than lower threshold – the balance signals MIN,
- between thresholds – balance signals OK,
- bigger than the upper threshold – the balance signals MAX.
During thresholds crossing – acoustic signal.
Moreover, the comparison result may be used for controlling the dosing devices or optical signalling device through the transoptor connection.
The function activation causes date and time printing next to the measurement result after pressing transmission key (Print), and for printings of other special functions. This function operates for weight measurements and pieces counting.
This function allows to calculate the total weight of product, weighed in successive batches (weight higher than balance range). It is possible to print the receipt for each measurement and the report after all measurements.
This function calculates statistical parameters of measurements series (maximum 500 measurements).
Successive measurements counting (entering into the registry) takes place automatically after loading the balance and indication stabilization.
For obtained measurements series the balance calculates:
- n – samples number
- total – sum of weights of all n samples
- average weight as (total)/n
- min – minimum weight in n samples
- max – maximum weight in n samples
- max-min – difference between max and min values
- S – standard deviation
- S% – standard deviation in percentage
The results diagram is also prepared.
This function is offered for applications, where the standard solution – laboratory balance with Hydro set – in insufficient.
For laboratory and technical balances the hook for hanging the weighed object is treated as option on demand.
Due to various dimensions of weighed objects, the detailed solution for platform balances: frame for balance placing and hanging method is decided by the Orderer.
This option cause the balance operation change:
- in range of small loads the first range is activated, and the balance displays result with smaller graduation (d1),
- for bigger loads the second range is activated, and the graduation is switched to the higher one (d2),
- switching to the lower graduation takes place after complete load removing.
